Microsoft's LiveMeeting software for desktop support. I just recently had seen Microsoft collaboration/conferencing software in action for a real remote support session. The software is excellent and I recommend it for anyone who is looking for a remote support and conferencing product.

It allows two way application sharing or desktop sharing. It also has an option to display the full desktop of the remote computer. The user interface is as technologically up to date as any software could be.
It's a feature application and solution for remote support on the web but it can get pricey. Another of my favorite features is the logging of remote control support sessions with remote computers connected over the web. Logging desktop remote control supoort software session may not seem all that important but there are times the log can be useful.
